ABOUT PRICING

Why $499.00 per month?

Your monthly fee always includes a budget of $100.00  for Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Our services are actually $399.00 per month. We know that marketing firms usually charge above $1,000.00, or a lot more for social media strategy and management. This is normally because they offer customized sit down one-on-one workshops, strategy detailing and campaign planning step by step with you.

Your Social Maker is for the busy small business owner that doesn’t have the time for all that. With us, you fill a strategy brief that we send with your Welcome Kit, and that’s it. We don’t need more information from you. 

You are always welcome to give us feedback on the content that is being posted on your behalf, for any comments we’ll assign you a Dedicated Account Manager, with whom you will be able to interact via email*. 

*Schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), with the exclusion of public holidays.

The Social Media Monthly Strategy Plan for $499 a month, includes the following services:

  • Strategy brief reviewed by a social media expert.
  • Social Media Strategy Plan in PDF, customized for your business’s needs.  
  • Social profiles reviewed, completed and optimized by an expert. 
  • Strategic content creation relevant to your target.
  • Promotion of your products and services.
  • Call to Action in all posts, according to your business goals. 
  • Four branded custom posts per week – We will distribute these four posts on your chosen social media accounts, according to your strategy brief.*
  • Facebook advertising management with $100 budget. **
  • New Facebook cover photo design.
  • Four new ad designs per month, according to your business goals.
  • Email support 
  • Dedicated Account Manager
  • Monthly report with results for:
    • Reach
    • Impressions

    • Webclics
    • Ad spent (Budget spent, CPC, CPM, CTR)

GETTING STARTED

What happens after I subscribe?

You receive within 1-2 business days an email from your assigned Dedicated Account Manager with a Strategy Brief for you to fill out, and a checklist of requirements our team needs to start planning your strategy.

After you send your brief, and other attachments, our team starts working on your plan. It takes 2 weeks for us to review your business information and draft a social media strategy in PDF that is sent out to you. In this PDF we specify the date when we will start posting content on your business Facebook and Instagram, and also the dates that your ads will run. 

If you wish, you can send feedback on your strategy PDF, and ask for changes on the ads attached.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We have a terms and conditions document that you agree before proceeding to pay on the check out page. This document outlines the terms of our service. You can cancel anytime you’d like.

POSTS AND CONTENT

Will I be able to approve the content before it is posted?

Your Dedicated Account Manager will send you a Strategy PDF with the description of the topics our experts will develop for your business. Because we want your business to have a presence in social media as soon as possible, we don’t offer pre-approvals for content. However, you are welcome to send feedback and ask for changes on future posts and you will always have control and access to your pages if you wish to post or remove any content.

What if I want to give feedback on the content that is being posted?

You are always welcome to give us feedback on the content that is being posted on your behalf, for any comments you can email your Dedicated Account Manager.

What languages do you post in?

At this time we offer content in US English and Latin American Spanish.

How will you know what to post on my local business page?

When you sign up, your Dedicated Account Manager sends out a strategy brief for you to fill out. This brief includes several questions about your business, ongoing promotions, etc., so our experts can create relevant content for you. 

On top of that, you are always welcome to give us feedback on the content that is being posted on your behalf, for any comments you can email your Dedicated Account Manager.

What kind of photos or videos will you use in my posts?

When you sign up, your Dedicated Account Manager sends out a checklist of requirements our team needs to start planning your strategy. In those requirements we ask you to submit your logo, photos, videos or any additional content you want us to consider for your content strategy. 

If you don’t have any photos or videos of your business we’ll use pictures from your website, if you have one, or free-stock photos.

Who will be in charge of creating the content for my social media?

Our team of experts include writers, designers and account managers that have over 10 years of experience creating social media content for hundreds of customers in different industries and niches. 

You will always be welcome to give us feedback on the content that is being posted on your behalf, for any comments you can email your Dedicated Account Manager.

ADS AND PAID ADVERTISING

Who will choose what kind of ads will run on my strategy?

Depending on your strategy brief responses, our team of experts will select 4 types of Facebook and Instagram Ads that best fit  your business goals. Each month you will receive four new ad designs, which you will be able to comment or ask for changes, up to 2 changes per ad.

Who will choose how the $100.00 paid ads budget is spent?

Our team of experts will distribute your monthly budget, based on your business goals.

How will I know my ads are running?

Your Dedicated Account Manager will provide you with the campaign start and end dates in your Strategy PDF. However you can always check on the Transparency section of your Facebook Fan Page and take a look at the running ads, we can provide you with a link.

Who will choose the targeting for my ads?

Based on your brief responses, our team of experts will choose a targeting that best fits your business goals. Your Dedicated Account Manager will provide you with the targeting for your paid ads campaign in your Strategy PDF.

Can I spend more than $100.00 on paid ads?

es you can, you can do so in your own ads manager with your credit card, or you can ask your Dedicated Account Manager to increase the budget by the amount that you wish, he or she will send you a stripe link to complete the transaction. 

Since our current fee is $499.00, including your ads budget, if you wish to increase the ad spend we will only charge a 10% commision over the extra amount you wish to spend. 

Ex. You wish to increase $100.00 , on top of your already included $100.00 

We will then charge you a 10% comision over the increased budget. In this case $10.00

SOCIAL MEDIA

If my business doesn't have social media accounts, will your team create them?

Of course. On your Welcome Kit, your Dedicated Account Manager will send you a Strategy Brief for you to fill out. If you don’t have social media accounts we will open new ones with the description and category that best fits your business description and your brief responses. We will give you access to your new accounts so you will always have control on your business pages.

Will I still be able to post on my own accounts?

Sure! Even if at the time of subscribing with us you didn’t have any social media accounts, and our team created them for you, these still belong to you. You will always have access to post and get involved with your audience as much or as little as you want.

Will you answer inbox, DMs and comments on my pages?

At this time we do not offer this service, we think that the best engagement should be from your team, nobody knows your business better than you. If you don’t know how to access your inbox, dm or comments, your Dedicated Account Manager can guide you to find them and set up automatic replies or saved responses.

How will I give you access to my social media pages?

When you sign up, your Dedicated Account Manager sends out a checklist of requirements our team needs to start planning your strategy. In those requirements we provide instructions for you to give us access to your accounts.
